Lisa Jordan Designs will accept items for return/exchange only within 7 days of purchase.  Sale items are non-returnable. All exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. Once your exchange or return is processed, you will receive a confirmation email and information how you will be credited.  We can not refund shipping charges on returned items.

Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value within 7 days of purchase.

Treat your Enamel charms very carefully. Enamel is a sensitive material. Products such as soaps, cleaning products, perfumes, sunscreens, etc.. may cause damage over time. Enamel products may not be returned if discoloration should occur. Enamel may be replaced with a charge of $25.

To return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:
1. E-mail info@lisajordandesigns.com regarding the reason of your return.

2. You will receive an email back with ship-to address.

3. Ship item back to Lisa Jordan Designs with your complete contact information (name, phone number, address, e-mail)

4. Please make sure that all packages are insured properly and have a tracking number. Lisa Jordan is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

5. Upon receipt, Lisa Jordan will confirm receipt of package and issue a refund.
